What do you do when you are alone?
Its formed on the interior of our heart. Daniel made up his mind beforehand v.8
Make up your mind that you will not defile yourself
It cannot be bought it cannot be borrowed
It is born out of a strategic decision
If we are going to men of integrity is will happen because we have made a decision, that everything we do will be the same as if we were sitting right here in the church

Integrity is forged through the stresses of life

It's not hard to be good when everything is going right v.11-14
Q. If you had a tube of toothpaste and squeezed it really hard what comes out? A. Toothpaste
Q. What if someone took all the toothpaste out and put jello inside it, what would come out the? A. Jello
In the stresses of life, what comes out depends on what is put in. What are you putting into your life?
When the squeeze is put on your life, what will come out is what is put in

Integrity is favored by God's blessings v.17

God will increase your territory to demonstrate His faithfulness because of your integrity
